I get to see these on a regular basis. Flying over my house. Usually up high and cruising...but once in a while a pair will come in low and moving like they have a purpose in life. 


From the way they follow the terrain I can only guess they are practicing flying though mountainous areas. My home locale is fairly remote and thee are no large towns nearby, so I guess it's a good area for them to practice in.
