With the P-26 Peashooter is it a restored model or a one-off newer build plane?

I didnīt know that there was a P-40 Tomahawk in natural metal finish. I know of two in AVG colors (what else...) and one or two in US Army (Pearl Harbor) scheme, but not this one...

Do you happen to have any shots taht only show the Mustang in this formation? I ask because I would like to have it in the airworthy Mustang folder of P-51 Fan Club. :D Really wonderful shot by the way. It's great to see TFCs P-40C up in the air. They didn't happen to mention anything about her future in the commentary did they? I still have no idea if the plan is to bring her to the UK or whether they have sold her on.

No problem, you get it up in your own time, I look forward to seeing it and those five beautiful Lightnings. (Assuming you have shots of it.) And if any info should arise on the Tomahawk it will be gratefully received thank you. :)

Nice one of the P51, does it have the Merlin powerplant? have seen the F-86 here at Woodford some years ago playing with a Mig 15.

She has the Merlin, only the early types had Allisons. =)

Pretty much all Mustangs flying today are Merlin powered

Nice shot. I'm guessing the F-86 is barely above stall speed here.

It's a P-40C and actually belongs to The Fighter Collection over here in the UK, or at least did. I have no idea if it still does or whether it will ever make it to the UK. I always had my doubts as TFC already owned a P-40B.

ah very nice, I looked at the nose and that gave away that it was an early model of it but I wasn't sure of which one it is
